Receive the E-Gift Card as a PDF within 24 hours. You may print it, forward it via WhatsApp, or send it by email.
If you prefer to deliver it directly to the recipient, simply tick “I want to send this as a gift.” Enter their email, name, and an optional personal message. The E-Gift Card will be delivered automatically on the date you select.
2. Physical
Choose the Luxury Gift Box option to receive a printed version of the E-Gift Card beautifully presented in our premium gift box — perfect for an elegant in-person surprise.
How to Redeem
The gift card can be applied at checkout on capricebespoke.com, either fully or partially on any eligible item.
The recipient simply enters the unique code at checkout and enjoys their bespoke selection.

Italy: Free for orders over €60, Express €10 (1–3 working days)
Europe: Standard €20, Express €25 (1–4 working days)

Rest of World: Express €30 (3–5 working days)
We ship in Italy through Bartolini, worldwide through DHL.
You have 15 days from the date of dispatch to request a return. If needed, this period may be extended on a case-by-case basis.
To submit a return, please contact our Customer Service at ask@capricebespoke.com with your order details and reason for return — our team will review and provide the next steps.
Please note: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition they were received. Products not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.
Any duties or import taxes are handled directly by us at checkout, and we manage the full customs clearance process.
